So, I went to the orthopedic today and did physical therapy. I am currently exhausted and don't know how I am going to get through the rest of the day. However the Orthopedic said I am doing above average :) and that I can start kicking a ball and running on an elliptical. I still can't play soccer till October or so but I can run so that's a plus. In a month or so I can run on a track so I can actually start working out again! I went to PT and Matt said I can def run on the elliptical and we did a lot more cardio stuff today which felt amazing. I also did star jumps if you don't know what those are its when you squat them jump in the air and land in a squat over and over. I was out of breath and my knee is still wobbly from doing them. It feels great to be getting better and I even went out and bought a new pair of tennis shoes...lol. So that the excitement for the day!! Now I just need to survive the end of the month at work and I am good to go :)

Well I am super busy at work today with confusing things that are way over my head. I did have a few things I wanted to sure that I think some people might enjoy. Last but not least we found a sweet bowling deal for Sunday nights at Tropicana by the galleria. Its 34.50 and you can have up to 4 people with 2 hours of bowling a pizza, nachos. and a pitcher of soda!! So with 3 of us we paid 11.50 each which is a steal for 2 hours of bowling as is but they throw in food to!! I thought that was a great deal so pass it on. Also the worker said that in the winter there is like an hour wait for this deal buts its dead in the summer so jump on it while you can cause its impossible once its cold outside...

We went to Lumiere last night for the 6 month anniversary. We sat on the 8th floor patio which has an amazing view of the arch (and $6 dollar bud light bottles!!!) At 10 they had the most amazing fireworks. They also played music in the background and it was all songs from artists from STL which I thought was pretty cool. So we had fireworks like in our face and they had fireballs! It was crazy and made fair St. Louis look like sparklers and snakes.lol. Then we went down the casino where I did no gambling and watched a few people lose a lot and Viz win a couple hundred. Thats gambling for ya! So thats was my night! Now I am off to go watch some Euro2008 and have a few brews :)
Well I started a Blog a few months ago and managed to forget my password and user name. So I am starting over again. Plus I want to be as good at this as my sister. Or at least try. I am going to keep it short for now because well its Friday and I need to get ready but I will add more later. :)
